I can provide less expensive shipping to Canada for packages weighing less than 4 pounds. If you would like a quote prior to placing an order, simply send me a message and provide the items you are thinking of purchasing and your address. I will respond in less than 24 hours.
Etsy only allows sellers to ship via USPS and FedEx, however, UPS is far less expensive for heavier packages. If you feel the quoted shipping cost from Etsy is too much, please send me a message and inquire about shipping cost via UPS. Please include the items you wish to purchase and your zip code. I typically respond within 1-3 hours.
Please first click on the tracking number provided to you when your order was shipped and see where your package is located. If it says it has been delivered, please check all doorways, porches, patios and garages. If you feel your order was not delivered, please reach out and send us a message letting us know what the issue is. We will work diligently to locate your package with USPS or UPS and get it to you. Please note: We do NOT refund shipping costs when order shows it has been delivered, is in process, is delayed or stuck/delayed in customs (overseas orders).
